Method
Own pages are swept every six hours by conditional request, so an unchanged page costs one HEAD. Cited sources are checked weekly for link rot and drift. Expiry is arithmetic and never depends on the network.
Prior art
Big Ben Suite Ltd publishes a public claims ledger and got there first. Theirs is human-reviewed on a quarterly promise; this one expires on its own and breaks a build when it does.
